The Economy is Recovering and I’m Investing

Wednesday, April 8th, 2009

Here, the market came out of a recession after almost 18 months. The period was pretty frustrating but now just a week ago I started seeing an increase in some trade volumes. I’m an avid investor and there is no way I can let this opportunity of making some money in the recovering economy go away. Overall, the markets here are at a position where good companies are at their 5-year low.

I’m not currently keeping into view the loss that is still occurring on the shares of a cement company that I bought about 2 years ago. Forget the loss, I didn’t even get a dividend (interim or final).  I’m still having a loss of about 60% but I’m putting it to a side, I had some more savings amounted to almost $400 and I bought a share which is currently 900% below it’s original price, which meant a perfect investing opportunity.

So I bought it 2 days ago and to my luck it has been hitting upper-locks twice in a row and already giving me 35% profit on my investment. But I am not selling it anytime soon until my investment is at least doubled or maybe even tripled. Yeah, you heard me right. The global markets are at the second most safe position for purchasing. Reason being, the markets will make at least a 40-50% increment before any correction is made. Before any correction is made, I’m out with my money.

So if you’re thinking of investing in the stock exchange, now is the time to invest. These are the four keys I can offer you for success in this situation:

  1. Penny stocks will pay out the most.
  2. It is not the time for day-trading, it will restrict you from higher profits. Consider long-term investments at the moment, or at least a few weeks.
  3. A little research can easily help you find the potential goldmines.
  4. Look out for corrections, because it really is not too safe either but expect at least 40%-50% increment before any correction is made.

I’m investing in my local market here in the KSE index. However, if you’re trading in some other market then just be sure to look out for any corrections otherwise you could be making big money in this opportunity don’t ruin it with turning your profits into a loss.

Clixsense

Monday, July 14th, 2008

After Bux.to, the second website that has already paid me two times is Clixsense. It is one of those paid to click websites which have existed from the beginning and is one of the most famous at the moment. Unlike other websites which pay only $0.01 per ad or less, clixsense has a minimum price of $0.01 per ad and the maximum that I have clicked yet is of $0.50, it is the choice of the advertiser to set any price per click above $0.01.

However, as many websites offer referral earnings to be earned at a rate of 100%, etc. Clixsense does not give any referral earning, it puts $0.10 in your account into your account for every person that signs up as your referral, now whether that person clicks 100 ads per week or nothing at all, you simply get $0.10 on his sign-up. However, you can earn a lot of money with the big number of ads available to premium members.

It costs $10.00 to be an upgraded member at Clixsense, and once you do so there are more than 525 ads only for premium members, which makes you $5.25 right at the spot assuming that they are $0.01 ads, they cannot be less but they can be more. You get more ads daily as compared to free members and you make more money

I think investing $10.00 into this website would be a very right decision as it could pay you off at a very good rate. Moreover, if the person you referred to clixsense upgrades to a premium member then you get $2.00 as affiliate commission.

This means if you refer 20 people every month who upgrade their accounts to premium membership as well, you make $42.00 . You also get 10% of the advertising revenue collected by your referrals advertising on the website. So overall, it is way more than just a paid to click website, and offers you a lot of ways to earn money.

They do not use any sort of online payment processor for payment and pay directly by check, which has a minimum of $10.00 . I am saying that because I have already got two checks from them and I am waiting for my third one. I highly recommend all to join clixsense, you can click here to join it.

Is Clixsense A Scam?

There seems to be a hoax floating around stating that Clixsense.com is a scam. I can totally tell you that it is a blatant lie. I have with Clixsense for a long time now (almost 2 years) and have had no problem with them.

They pay through cheques and each and every time I have requested a cheque after crossing the minimum payment level, I was paid in time. So if you wanted to know how legitimate clixsense is, let me tell you that it can be trusted 100% and I have not seen even one dissatisfied user of this paid to click program.

Could the rise in Oil and Gas Prices boost the Internet?

Wednesday, July 9th, 2008

The life of almost every average human being on earth has been effected with the rise in oil and gas prices in one way or the other. A normal person would only think that it has made transport a lot more expensive and has shifted millions of people from cars to bicycles. But how it has actually effected prices of other consumer related goods is the gas used in the transport of those goods, oil or gas used up in their production, etc. has made the cost of production a lot more higher, thus resulting in high prices of the goods. Overall, a rise in oil and gas prices have brought a fall in living standards due to high inflation caused by rise in oil and gas prices.

No one likes the rise in oil prices, especially those people who are not much related to the Internet, although you are related but you have no idea of what I am going to talk about. All we can do is watch the rise in oil prices with dismay, but one aspect may bring a hope in the hearts of those who use internet. Maybe these words of Vinton Cerf at the 2008 OECD meeting held in Korea give you a hint about it:

“Although I’m not happy with increased oil prices, the Internet (industry) may actually benefit from that as people turn to it as an aid to improve their efficiency,” said Vinton Cerf at a press conference.

These words of Vinton are actually a fact, we can already see people turning to the Internet as the oil prices rise, you might have also noticed people making a lot of money by selling e-books that give tips on how to increase mileage and more tips and tricks on having more fuel in less money. While, this is just the new idea that people have been making use of to make money, soon big companies will also turn to the Internet for help in the form of efficeincy.

The Internet is going to open a whole new era of opportunities for investment and making money. So if there are like-minded people like me and already have evil ideas crawling up their mind, be ready for it because soon the Internet is really going to get a big boost, of course with big players in the game too. Opportunities won’t come to you, you have to create them for yourself.

Why you need to put your Business on the Net

Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

internet-success-for-businessWebsite Technology may be ‘out of range’ for some small and medium businesses, but I have some solid reasons why you might want to put your business on the Net, it is something worth investing in, after all in case you’re out of touch with the normal business motive which is to maximize profit you might have an idea of what I am trying to say.

When you have a tight competition for the business you’re running you always need to have an upper hand in the competition, something that could distinguish you from your competitors. If your competitors are already making use of website technology and you have not, then you’re a sucker. You could easily head off from your competitors by adding online facilities such as adding a contact form, selling products online and providing more services.
You might also use the Net to promote new products, services or provide information about available products. This type on information is so valuable to the customer that, if this impresses the customer then he’ll obviously buy your product /service. What if you want to know the customer’s view on some new service in your business, you’ll run a survey right? But do you think someone who comes to your store would have time to fill up a survey? Obviously no. However, when you simplify the same procedure on the Net, with just a few clicks the customer will certainly give his feedback on what you want.
You could even use the Net to sell products / services online. Accept payments online and make the procedure more simplified without ever having to even see the face of the customer. A recent survey showed that highly satisfied online banking customers are 31% more likely to buy additional services from the bank and 54% more likely to recommend the bank to others. So businesses do need to invest money in website technology to hold on to their customers. the investment will not be much, but the payback is extremely high. So if you run a business give this a thought because it may give you the returns you had been expecting for months.

Domain names for China surpasses ‘.net’ - What?

Wednesday, June 25th, 2008

While surfing the internet today I came across this news which says that the registrations for china’s domain, which is ‘.cn’ , has crossed the universal ‘.net’ domain. Although this Chinese domain is not far ahead standing at 11.8 million and ‘.net’ at 11.6 million, but still I thought of ‘.net’ as the second most famous domain suffix after ‘.com’, but what’s this? Its lacking behind ‘.cn’ ? However, I still believe that a ‘.cn’ domain will never be worth as much as the ‘.net’ domain because of one obvious reason, which is that ‘.net’ is universal. Moreover I think people will find it more reliable to visit a ‘.net’ website rather than a ‘.cn’ website, because most of us know about Chinese hackers and do not want to be hacked by one.

Also, the websites with a ‘.cn’ domain mostly are targeted for people living in china itself, not the whole world or maybe most Chinese people. After searching for some websites, I found that most of the websites with a ‘.cn’ domain were in Chinese language which means that people who do not understand Chinese will not visit the website, making ‘.net’ domains still more famous for being mostly in English. But looking at the Chinese Internet population which has highly soared to 210 million users, it actually means that targeting Chinese people is a very good idea as it represents a large part of the world internet population that too of course after the the internet population of the U.S. which is more than 218 million. But if domains are seen on a Country basis then ‘.cn’ is the leader at the moment, followed by Germany’s ‘.de’.
The domain suffix to some extent does matter in the success of a website and unless the website you’re running is really famous, really weird domain suffixes like ‘.la’ are less likely to get traffic especially from search engines and the direct traffic as well. I just did a search on such domains and they show up nowhere on the search engine results. However, the fire that ‘.cn’ domains have picked up they might not be the same as other domain suffixes and I think are worth investing in. If you’re a bulk domain buyer, then you might consider investing in some domains that you wanted to buy for ‘.com’ but are still available at ‘.cn’ because your investment in such domains might pay you off at a pretty good price, as those who were involved in the ‘.com’ buzz ended up earning hundreds and thousands of dollars after reslling them when they became valuable. So this is a investment opporunity for those who are ready to take this opportunity, I also have a list of good domains that are still available for ‘.cn’ so I’ll get them before some one else does.
